Job Description

Overview
The IT Recruiter plays a crucial role in the talent acquisition process by identifying and attracting highquality candidates for IT positions within the organization. In todays technologydriven landscape having the right talent is essential for driving innovation and achieving strategic goals. This position is responsible for understanding the specific technical skills required for various roles such as software developers systems analysts and IT support specialists. The IT Recruiter collaborates with hiring managers and teams to design inclusive recruitment strategies ensuring a diverse range of candidates are considered. In addition the recruiter must stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices helping to position the organization as an employer of choice among top talent. By leveraging network connections and utilizing various sourcing strategies the IT Recruiter plays a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and supporting the overall growth and success of the companys IT function.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for IT positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and desired skill sets.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and professional networks.
  • Conduct indepth interviews to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics for analysis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Coordinate and facilitate technical assessments and interviews.
  • Provide candidates with information about the companys culture and benefits.
  • Negotiate job offers and terms of employment in collaboration with HR.
  • Stay updated with IT industry trends and labor market conditions.
  • Promote the organization at job fairs and networking events.
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT recruitment or technical staffing.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and skill sets.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and network effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online sourcing tools.
  • A track record of achieving recruitment targets and objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and metrics.
  • Adaptability to changing hiring needs and priorities.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated in recruitment trends.
