The Student Financial Services & Registrars Assistant is responsible for supporting the Office of the Registrar and the Student Financial Services department. This position reports to the Director of Student Financial Services & Registrar.

Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or GED equivalent is required associate degree preferred. Must have at least two years of financial aid student accounts or registrars office experience preferably at a graduate institution.
Computer Skills
Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
Language Skills
Intermediate skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to groups of students spouses parents and employees of MWU.
Reasoning Ability
Intermediate skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee is regularly required to walk; reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to sit Use hands to finger handle or feel; talk and hear. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distance vision.
