Were looking for a restorationsavvy organizer and educator who thrives on execution creativity and bringing people together. As Director of Education youll take ownership of our inperson and online learning experiences. Youll produce live events lead occasional workshops convert handson content into digital courses and help us lay the groundwork for a future trade school. Youll work handinhand with our Business Development Manager to turn education into a growth enginefor our customers our brand and our business.
What Youll Do
InPerson Education
- Coordinate monthly oneday workshops and quarterly multiday bootcamps
- Recruit and manage instructors; teach 20% of events yourself
- Coordinate venues vendors supplies swag meals and logistics
- Maintain a fun welcoming highvalue learning environment
- Ensure every event hits profitability satisfaction and brand goals
Online Course Production
- Convert live workshops into online video courses
- Deliver 1 minicourse (46 lessons) and 1 full course (12 lessons) per year
- Define course structure lesson flow and deliverables
- Collaborate with our content and marketing teams on production & promotion
- Monitor sales performance and student success
Operations & Strategy
- Own workshop and course P&Ls
- Track KPIs: attendance profitability NPS revenue
- Coordinate strategy and planning with Business Development Manager
- Source sponsors tools and materials
- Gather student feedback and constantly improve the experience
- Build infrastructure for future certifications and trade school growth
Compensation
- Base Salary: $60000 to $65000
- Commission: 10% of gross profit from education division
- Target Total Compensation: $with performance
- Workshop travel expenses covered
