Job Description



Are you passionate about people and cars Do you love helping customers and being part of a winning team Were looking for an enthusiastic BDC (Business Development Center) Sales Agent to join our dynamic automotive dealership!

Automotive Sales BDC Representative Responsibilities:


  • Communicate customers via internet leads in reference to vehicle inventory and ascertaining their area of interest leading them to an appointment time with sales staff
  • Plan each days effort and results. Establish priorities for the most important things to do each day in conjunction with BDC manager expectations
  • Maintain followup system for encouraging repeat business
  • Keep informed of recent developments in the dealership market and auto marketplace overall
  • Stay informed of inventory on hand educating yourself on various vehicle attributes
  • Consistently display excellent customer service skills
  • Flexibility with scheduling in order to support BDC team members including other dealership departments in the event of special sales meetings and management requests

Requirements:

  • Internet sales call center or sales experience is preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Excellent computer and phone skills are a must
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Customer Service experience is required
  • The ability to stay organized and complete multiple phone calls and emails to customers and schedule sales appointments
  • Must be able to work cooperatively with the team
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
