Now theyre ready to scale and we need a Head of Growth to lead the charge.
Were looking for a strategic operator and team integrator someone who can own revenue growth across all business units and lead execution with speed and precision. Youll drive performance orchestrate crossfunctional teams and free the founder to focus on product brand and vision.
This is a highautonomy highaccountability role designed for a proven leader whos scaled digital products in the $1M$10M range and is ready to do it again better faster smarter.
Growth Strategy & Execution
Own KPIs across revenue CAC LTV retention and upsells. Deliver weekbyweek growth across SaaS mentoring and info products.
CrossFunctional Integration
Align marketing CRO ops sales and product teams to one growth roadmap. Be the glue that makes highperformance possible.
Funnel & Launch Leadership
Lead launches evergreen funnels tripwires onboarding journeys and campaigns from strategy to execution.
Forecasting & Planning
Own revenue projections sprint calendars and KPI dashboards. See whats coming and whats working before anyone else does.
Team Leadership & Accountability
Lead internal and external teams. Drive outcomes without micromanaging. Keep everyone focused on the scoreboard.
Founder Leverage
Work directly with the founder to turn ideas into action and remove them from daytoday coordination.
Led growth at a 78 figure info product SaaS or digital education company
Managed crossfunctional teams of 20 across marketing ops and tech
Shipped highperforming funnels launches and campaigns endtoend
Mastered metrics like CAC LTV churn refund rate and funnel conversions
Worked in highspeed environments with weekly sprints (not quarterly planning)
Personally optimized paid funnels (Meta ads preferred) and built scalable systems
Experience scaling SaaS or blending SaaS into a larger digital product ecosystem
Familiar with hybrid monetization models (evergreen funnels launches highticket SaaS)
Experience inside highperforming personal brand or digital education companies
Comfort balancing performance data with brand feel and creative intuition
Prioritizing funnel optimizations with the CRO and copy team
Aligning media buyers and sales agency on offer angles and CPL targets
Stresstesting monetization strategy for a new product with the founder
Spotting an LTV drop and leading a team fix across ops and support
Briefing a landing page variant or upsell sequence to the creative team
Adjusting revenue forecasts and reallocating budget based on CAC shifts
Leading a retro and briefing the next sprint across marketing CRO ops & product
