QSourcing Tanzania Limited is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Tanzania Uganda Kenya Rwanda and South Sudan.

On behalf of our Tanzania based client we are looking for a competent and experienced Inventory and Sorting Clerk

POSITION IN THE ORGANISATION:

Job Location: Bagamoyo Kerege

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Inventory and Sorting Clerk is responsible for efficient inventory management sorting staging and accurate documentation of stock with a focus on vehicle identification and inspection. This role supports the dispatch and transport teams ensuring smooth coordination of materials while maintaining high standards of safety and housekeeping.

Requirements

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Education:

Certificate or Diploma in Logistics Stores Management Supply Chain or related field.
Preferred: VETA or NACTEcertified in inventory/warehouse management.

Experience:

1 3 years in inventory warehouse or dispatch operations preferably in a vehicle assembly or automotive environment.

Competencies:

Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock management.

Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.

Familiarity with automotive parts and chassis number identification.

Computer literacy (Excel stock systems or ERP software).

Accuracy attention to detail and ability to work in fastpaced settings.

Team collaboration and communication skills in Swahili and basic English.

ADDED ADVANTAGE:

Basic proficiency in Swahili and English.
