Were looking for a seasoned Media Planner (712 years experience) whos excited to help shape the future of media inside a creatively driven agency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data creativity and storytellingand knows how to translate strategy into media plans that work across both performance and brand channels.
What Youll Do:
- Partner with strategy creative and account teams to build smart integrated media plans that bring ideas to life and drive results
- Develop crosschannel media plans across programmatic paid social search and traditional (TV radio print OOH)
- Use data to identify audience opportunities and guide targeting strategies
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ideas are optimized for media and media is inspired by the work
- Build and manage media budgets timelines and allocations
- Evaluate performance interpret results and recommend optimizations and enhancements
- Stay current on media trends tools platforms and best practices to bring fresh thinking to every brief
- Serve as a thought partner to the Media Director contributing to department growth processes and client success
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
- 712 years of media planning and buying experience in an agency environment
- Handson experience with a wide range of media channels (especially programmatic social and search) and a foundational understanding of traditional media
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance reporting and optimization
- Clear communication skills and the ability to present and defend your work with confidence
- Curiosity collaboration and a rollupyoursleeves attitude
