RTX Global Ethics & Compliance has an outstanding career opportunity for an Associate Director Risk Assessments & Monitoring to help build out the realigned Risk Assessments and Monitoringfunction. This position will report to the Director of Risk Assessment & Monitoring Global Ethics and Compliance.
What You Will Do
- Develop maintain and improve Global Ethics and Compliance (GEC) health metrics.
- Establish and maintain the data warehouse environment for GEC manage infrastructure of PowerBI/Tableau.
- Create visualization and automation solutions analyze data to better understand potential risks concerns and outcomes that could impact the business.
- Conduct advanced analysis utilizing visualization tools and data science analysis of GEC data to predict compliance risk.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Travel up to 5% may be requested.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree 16 years of relevant experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Experience working within a compliance or audit function familiarity with regulatory compliance and assessments.
- Previous experience leading complex data analytics projects from concept to implementation.
- Previous experience exercising the understanding of SAP and similar ERP systems.
- Experience with building data analytic procedures and processes; Tableau PowerBI and/or similar tools.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Previous experience analyzing and turning robust streams of data into actionable insights for stakeholders to consider (including performing continuous auditing through testing of complete data sets testing audit evidence in real time focusing on anomalies in a population and using predictive analytics or analytic capabilities to predict events/maximize opportunities).
- Understanding of IT business processes and business intelligence methodology.
- Prior experience working with solution providers to integrate a solution into an existing environment.

The salary range for this role is 147000 USD 295000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
