Job Description:
- Plan coordinate and oversee HVAC system installation and commissioning for commercial and industrial projects.
- Collaborate with design engineers contractors and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare project schedules budgets and technical documentation.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Ensure all HVAC systems comply with local building codes and industry regulations.
- Manage procurement of equipment and materials ensuring timely delivery to project sites.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
- Perform testing and commissioning to validate system performance and functionality.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency enhancements.
