Join Our Team as a Product Manager at Simployer!
Were seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Unified Suite team. This team focuses on the infrastructure and experiences that connect our product modules enabling a seamless usercentric ecosystem. Your role is to bridge the gap between technical realities and strategic ambitions helping users experience the system as a cohesive integrated whole. Youll work across product teams to develop the foundational infrastructure that supports crossproduct functionality and consistent design patterns. AI will be an important enabler in this work. Youll collaborate closely with a talented group of backend and frontend engineers as well as strong UX experts in design systems and accessibility. Youll also be part of a broader product community working with PMs driving the full product forward.
Team mission and ownership
The mission is to help users seamlessly navigate the product suite stay on top of tasks and notifications and experience the system as a cohesive integrated whole. The team owns the following components:
- Dashboard and Global Menu: The central hub providing users with an overview of their work and access to all modules.
- Action Hub/Notifications: The system keeping users informed of updates and tasks across all products.
- Design Systems and Component Library: Shared UI building blocks ensuring consistency across the product suite.
- Translations: Infrastructure enabling multilingual support throughout the platform.
