This position is based in our main office in Skiathos Greece where you will support the daily operations and ensure the efficient functioning of the back office.
As a Back Office Coordinator you will play a key role in managing administrative tasks coordinating communications and facilitating workflow processes across various departments especially organizing daily tranfers for our guests. You will work closely with various teams to maintain operational efficiency while ensuring that all records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
We are looking for a proactive individual with strong organizational skills a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment. Experience in the hospitality sector will be considered an advantage.
