Description

Santikos Collection renowned for its exceptional luxury resorts and hotels is seeking an organized and detailoriented Back Office Coordinator to join our administrative team. This position is based in our main office in Skiathos Greece where you will support the daily operations and ensure the efficient functioning of the back office.

As a Back Office Coordinator you will play a key role in managing administrative tasks coordinating communications and facilitating workflow processes across various departments especially organizing daily tranfers for our guests. You will work closely with various teams to maintain operational efficiency while ensuring that all records and documentation are accurate and up to date.

We are looking for a proactive individual with strong organizational skills a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment. Experience in the hospitality sector will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Transfer arrangements for Santikos Collection Hotels.
  • Maintain accurate records files and documents in both digital and physical formats.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
  • Handle communication with vendors clients and staff in a professional manner.
  • Assist in the implementation of operational procedures and policies.
  • Support the team in various projects and initiatives as required.


Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in task completion.
  • Fluency in English and Greek; additional languages are a plus.
