Job Description

As a Business Intelligence Engineer Coop at Amazon Robotics you will play a crucial role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Working within our dynamic team youll leverage SQL data visualization tools and programming skills to develop and maintain analytics solutions while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. This role offers handson experience in fulllifecycle analytics projects from gathering requirements and data analysis to dashboard development and documentation. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with strong business acumen demonstrating both independence in execution and effectiveness in crossfunctional collaboration. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in data analytics while contributing to meaningful projects that impact Amazon Robotics operations.

Key job responsibilities
Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards
Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis
Create comprehensive technical documentation
Support data quality initiatives
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams
Participate in requirement gathering sessions
Contribute to process improvements
Present findings to various stakeholder groups


Currently pursuing Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Data Analytics or related technical field.
Able to work Fulltime (40 hour/week) from July/August December 2025
SQL proficiency with demonstrated ability to write complex queries
Experience with data visualization tools (particularly Tableau)
Programming experience in Python or R
Analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Previous internship/project experience in data analytics
Experience with AWS services
Knowledge of ETL processes
Statistical analysis experience
Version control (Git) experience
Understanding of Agile methodologies
