Responsibilities:
- Champion service excellence and operational stability across all IT infrastructure and operations.
- Lead mentor and develop a highperforming IT Operations team.
- Establish and mature a Centre of Excellence for IT Service Management (ITSM) embedding ITIL and other relevant best practices.
- Develop and execute strategies for infrastructure architecture ensuring scalability reliability and security.
- Own and advance the organizations cybersecurity posture including strategy development and operational management.
- Spearhead the evolution of IT infrastructure services towards future cloud environments (AWS/Azure) building necessary skills and services.
- Oversee capacity planning risk management and disaster recovery strategies for critical IT environments.
- Collaborate effectively with business units and stakeholders to ensure IT operations align with business needs and deliver exceptional service levels.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within IT operations enhancing efficiency and communication.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiations pertinent to IT infrastructure and services.
