POSITION SUMMARY:
The Engineering Manager role in the Process Development team will provide process engineering and leadership on projects in the Intricon new product validation and process engineering spaces. This role will manage teams to execute on the full scope of process engineering tasks for new product development or process improvement efforts within new programs or existing production as needed. Typical tasks of this team include but are not limited to Process writing IQ/OQ/PQ capability analysis equipment and fixture design and testing and leading line balancing and lean topics for new programs. This role will require handson engineering and project management work in addition to management role will be customer facing at times and require occasional travel.

SALARY RANGE:
The anticipated base pay for this position is: $125000 $150000
Intricon is committed to providing competitive total compensation and benefits packages. This listed range is based upon a fulltime schedule. This is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Base salaries are determined by taking a variety of factors in account including but not limited to candidate qualifications education geographic locations market conditions and internal equity.
