Managing Attorney
Career Consulting Partners has partnered with one of Californias rapidly growing plaintiff firms. We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to lead a Seattle office as a Managing Partner. No upfront investment is required. As long as you can bring in cases the founding partners will cover all advertising and initial operating costs.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Oversee operations including hiring and managing staff (with HR support) overseeing cases and providing exceptional client service.
- Lead a growing caseload of highquality Washington cases and expand the practice further.
- Collaborate with the Firms CoFounders to drive business development and grow the Washington practice.
- Ensure excellent case outcomes and client satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years of personal injury experience.
- An active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar.
- Proven track record of successfully handling personal injury cases and strong client advocacy.
- Exceptional skills in research writing and oral advocacy.
- Strong leadership and management capabilities with a focus on building highperforming teams.
- Techsavvy with proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building lasting client relationships.
- Ambitious motivated and committed to longterm success.
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
- Base salary $120000 $200000
- Paired with profitsharing opportunities.
