Job Description
Are you a skilled communicator with a talent for conveying messages clearly and effectively Hubexo is seeking a dynamic and driven Appointment Setter to join our team in Malaga As a meeting booker at Hubexo you will be a crucial part of our sales department. The role requires a proactive approach and you will play a key role in our growth strategy.
Tasks
- Contacting potential customers via phone and email
- Identifying needs and booking meetings for our sales team
- Maintaining and updating customer information in our CRM system
- Contributing to achieving team goals and KPIs
Requirements
- Have 25 years of experience in meeting booking sales or related fields
- Focus on value creation rather than just the product emphasizing the customers needs and benefits
- Be resultoriented and enjoy working towards targets
- Work independently and maintain a positive attitude
Languages:
- Fluent in Swedish Danish Norwegian or Finnish
- English fluency is desirable
Personal Attributes
- Selfmotivated and proactive with a positive cando attitude
- Resilient and adaptable comfortable working independently and in teams
- Strong work ethic with the ability to handle a varied workload
- Professional and confident in highpressure situations
