Job Description
Sphirea Plus is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers via phone email and in person. This position requires excellent communication skills a customerfocused mindset and the ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and service requests
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Document all customer interactions accurately in the company system
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer concerns are resolved
Assist in the development of support resources such as FAQs and help guides
Monitor and report recurring issues to improve internal processes
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
1 years of experience in a customer service or administrative support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems
Ability to multitask and handle challenging situations with professionalism
Detailoriented and organized
