Job Description

The Rehancement Group Inc. (TRG) is a professional services and consulting firm committed to our government clients. We provide highly qualified professionals to support the mission of our clients.

TRG is seeking an experienced Technical Editor to support services for the Human Capital Management Segment Architecture (HCMSA) for the United States Coast Guard. This position will have a hybrid work schedule with work being performed at the USCG Headquarters in Washington DC or offsite with the option to telework with approval.

Core hours are between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (ET) Monday through Friday.

This position is contingent upon Contract Award.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and direction for executive level projects implementing change management principles business process development business reengineering and performance measurement.
  • Manage projects of high complexity and direct the completion of projects within estimated timeframes and resource constraints.
  • Assess products and procedures for compliance with government standards accounting principles internal controls and multitiered system application standards.
  • Ability to grasp interrelationships between financial management requirements and automated business solutions considering the current system environment and the potential integration of added systems concurrently or later.
  • Ability to coordinate all parties to tasks and review work products for completeness quality and adherence to customer requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret Government policy regulations and directives and to apply those interpretations directed by the Project Manager or designee fully and legally to all PWS activities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with executive level personnel.
  • Demonstrate superior writing skills and quality assurance expertise ensuring continuity of voice throughout business process models.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • A minimum of 310 years of related experience
  • Proficiency with iGrafx Business Processing Modeling (BPM) software and SharePoint tools
