Provide administrative support to the Department of Facilities Operations. Sort/distribute communications organize files create and update records with accuracy and handle firm and client matters with discretion. Update coordinate plan schedule and cancel appointments meetings conference calls and video conferences. Review weekly activities and calendar. Verify meeting locations attendees and conference bridge lines. Prepare all required materials and documentation for meetings. Provide primary telephone coverage for the front desk. Answer and triage internal and external telephone calls at the front desk reception area when needed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
At least two years of experience providing administrative support
Experience providing administrative support in a management consulting firm is preferred
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Associates Degree required
