Are you looking to build a strong career Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Forklift Material Handler located at our manufacturing facility in Louisville KY.
Pay: $20.85/hour after 30 days $27.50/hour
8hour shifts
Must be available to workany shiftovertime &weekends
Responsibilities
Your Role:
As a Material Handler you will be responsible for the operation of a driverridden power forklift to move transport and position miscellaneous materials products and containers throughout the plant. Run scrap baler saw off material from drums load and unload trucks.
You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!
- Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives.
- Inspect the condition of items received.
- Assist with the reconciliation of pallet quality issues.
- Ensure that all shipments have the proper paperwork and that all documentation is completed.

Requirements
We need you to have:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years of forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Experience using an RF unit.
- Prior experience using both sit down and standup forklifts with the ability to obtain your forklift certification.
- Ability to read tapes rules and weigh scales.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with some nights and weekends.
Icing on the cake:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience at a manufacturing facility.
- Operation of overhead hoists.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
