Job Description
Are you a confident communicator with a keen eye for detail and a natural curiosity Hubexo is seeking a dynamic and driven Researcher to join our team in Malaga. Youll play a crucial role in gathering and validating construction project information through phonebased outreach and online research helping ensure the accuracy and quality of our data.
Tasks
- Conduct outbound calls to industry professionals to gather and verify information on construction projects
- Perform indepth web research using planning portals company websites media and social platforms
- Accurately input and maintain project data in our research database
- Maintain and build relationships within the construction industry
- Support commercial teams with project updates and handle customer queries
- Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed deadlines
Requirements
Skills & Experience:
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Strong attention to detail and investigative skills
- Excellent organisational written and oral communication skills
- Experience in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook)
- Background in construction or retail industries (preferred not essential)
Languages:
- Fluent in Swedish Danish Norwegian or Finnish
- English fluency is desirable
