Job Description
- Innovative Product Development: Drive the research development and enhancement of depressant products to meet and exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
- Market Expansion: Achieve significant growth in diverse markets particularly in Africa and LATAM by strategically positioning our product lines.
- Technical Excellence: Provide robust technical support and solutions to customers addressing complex industry challenges and enhancing product efficacy through deep expertise in flotation lab tests and operations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by effectively solving technical queries and providing tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Collaborative Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to support technical queries and drive sales efforts with your technical knowledge and strategic insights.
- Global Market Navigation: Successfully navigate and manage the complexities of global markets driving growth and maintaining the organizations competitive edge.
- Product Development Lifecycle: Comprehensive knowledge of the product development lifecycle from initial concept and market research through to product design testing launch and postlaunch analysis. This includes understanding of stagegate processes prototyping and agile methodologies tailored to chemical product development.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Metallurgical Engineering or a related field
- 5 years and above experience dealing in both fundamental research and/or production environments Essential
- 5 Years experience in Flotation Operations (lab/full scale) will be an added advantage
- 03 years of experience in a laboratory environment (metallurgy lab preferred but not required).
- Basic understanding of flotation chemistry.
- Familiarity with PowerBI SAP and other operating systems.
- Be able to manage cross functional teams to complete projects timeously.
- Valid drivers license and must be prepared to travel
