Nursery Room Leader Baby Room
Salary: 32500 per annum
Hours: Fulltime 40 hours per week
Our client an Ofstedrated Good nursery is looking for a warm dedicated Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) to lead their baby room. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and inclusive team committed to delivering highquality early years education in a welcoming and stimulating environment.
With a freeflow layout to a beautiful garden and thoughtfully designed spaces the nursery provides an inspiring setting where children can learn explore and thrive.
What Were Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience in a nursery setting with a strong understanding of EYFS
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with children families and colleagues
- Knowledge of safeguarding and health and safety procedures

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a room of children providing a safe nurturing and inclusive environment
- Plan and implement a curriculum that promotes learning and development in line with EYFS guidelines
- Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues to support the wellbeing and development of each child
- Mentor and support nursery practitioners assisting in their professional development and performance management
- Ensure the nursery is a safe and welcoming space maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
