Available shifts are eight hour work days (MF) running until7:00 PM CST (8:00 PM EST 6:00 PM MST & 5:00 PM PST)
We are seeking fulltime employees (Advocates) to support our clients by taking calls regarding employee benefit enrollment. This is a meaningful role in which you can take pride in knowing that at the other end of our technology is a person a family member or a loved one that needs your support.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 to $17.00 per hour (pay to be determined by the applicants education experience knowledge skills abilities balanced against internal equity and competitive market based geographic ranges).

Serve as a security contact for the business unit. Responsible for driving adoption and compliance with information security and privacy practices. Serve as a liaison with the information security team on security and privacy matters.
