Job Description
We are hiring Immediately! Kids R Kids Learning Academy of Centervilleis seeking fulltime Lead Preschoolteachers We are looking for motivated dependable positive team players to join our empowering and innovative culture.

- Must have an Associate Degree Bachelor Degree and /orChild Development Associate (CDA)
- Must meet all state teacher requirements
- High level of flexibility and willingness to work within business hours
- Demonstrated classroom management skills preferred
- Must have a satisfactory comprehensive criminal background check. Salary is based on experience and/or credentials(s)
Childcare TeacherJob Responsibilities (Not Limited to):
- A Teacher will accept the philosophy of Kids R Kids Learning Academy of Centerville HIghwayand will work as part of the teaching team to encourage a positive learning environment for all children within the center
- Document and share with parents the important milestones in a childs day
- Collaborate with other passionate preschool teachers and leaders to implement an engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Respect and observe childrens interests. Intervene when needed to maintain safety. Enhance childrens play with language toys and activities
- Encourage and model social behavior and expectations which are developmentally appropriate
