This is a remote position.
We are seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused Family Vacation Specialist to help families plan unforgettable travel experiences. As a specialist you will consult with clients to understand their vacation goals recommend destinations coordinate accommodations and manage all aspects of their travel itineraries. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel highly organized and enjoy providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their family vacation preferences and budget
Research and recommend destinations resorts cruises and activities suitable for families
Book travel components including flights accommodations and excursions
Maintain clear communication with clients before during and after their trip
Stay up to date with travel trends supplier offerings and destination protocols
Handle changes cancellations and other travel logistics as needed
Requirements:
Strong customer service and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client itineraries
Proficiency with computer applications including email web browsing and basic travel booking tools
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Prior experience in travel planning hospitality or related field preferred
