We are looking for a teacher who is committed to reaching all students raising achievement through a rigorous andrelevant curriculum and supporting a school culture of excellence and joyful learning.The employee is a member of our Health & Wellness team. This position could involve teaching additional wellness or PE classes on occasion as well as healthrelated workshops Grades 68.Aligning curricular standards with state guidelinesPromoting health and wellness initiatives within the school and communityDocumenting annual unit and lesson plans correlated to state standardsMonitoring student progress through standardsbased assessmentsAnalyzing student dataDifferentiating instructionSupporting planning and coleading ServiceLearning projectsAdvising students through daily Connections class (homeroom)Input academic and behavioral data on the school data management systemAnalyze student data and monitor student progress through standardsbased assessmentsParticipate in Parent/Teacher/Student Conferences Communicate regularly with families about academic and social progressWorking with and for ColleaguesBuild and maintain a strong school culture centered on student achievementWork collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the success of the school missionParticipate in professional development sessionsParticipate in gradelevel team meetingsInputting academic and behavioral data into the school data management systemQualifications:
