Ink Manufacturing
Pay Rate: $21.60/HR
Schedule: Graveyard 10:00 pm 6:00 am
Location: Vancouver WA 98661
Plastics company seeking an experienced and reliable Ink Manufacturer to join their team.
Ink Manufacturer Key Responsibilities:
This is a graveyard position Monday through Friday some weekends 10 pm 6am
Participating in all plant safety programs
Good housekeeping and equipment maintenance
Help to facilitate color drawdowns for customers.
Operates Ink Dispenser and makes proper quantity of ink based on coverage according to the press room printing scheduled
Inspects and maintains ink C.O. As
Creates ink formulation for manufacturing to facilitate/ manage customer color requirements
Qualifications:
Associate degree in a technical area or equivalent work experience.
Strong written and verbal skills
Must have the ability to perceive or recognize minute similarities or differences in colors hues and shades of the same color. Must be able to match colors accurately
Strong computer skills and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of products and manufacturing processes
Physical Requirements:
Job position is physically demanding with constant movement
Standing for entire shift
Lift up to 50lbs and bend on a regular constant basis
