Is enthusiastic about being part of a school community that values creativity inclusivity and kindness
As a school we are very careful around workload and wellbeing. We do this by:
giving an extra full day of PPA release each term
weekly release slot for leadership duties
twoweek halfterm break for the long Autumn term
make sure staff meetings are used so teachers can complete key tasks not add extra jobs to do later
flexiPPA time where possible
minimal marking policy using in the moment verbal feedback as our core pedagogy
Access to a wide range of wellbeing services through our Employee Assistance Provider
