Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the creative vision and execution for brand awareness initiatives promotional activities and product marketing campaigns across multiple business units.
  • Develop implement and champion brand guidelines and visual systems ensuring consistency and excellence across all digital and print assets.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product owners to conceptualize and craft compelling marketing toolkits that effectively support gotomarket strategies.
  • Direct and oversee the creative execution of diverse marketing materials including email campaigns PR visuals web design elements search and display ads social media content videos brochures and presentations.
  • Drive the conceptualization and execution of compelling creative assets across all brand touchpoints. (Example of wellcrafted responsibility)
  • Elevate sales enablement by developing visually engaging proposals presentations supporting collateral and tools that empower sales teams.
  • Lead the design direction for service and product brochures focusing on clarity user engagement and visual appeal.
  • Provide mentorship guidance and clear design direction to a small internal team of designers.
  • Manage relationships and project delivery with external agencies and freelance contractors ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Oversee and streamline the workflow for marketing campaign assets ensuring timely delivery and quality execution from concept to completion.
