Job Description

Role Summary
- Film workouts athlete sessions and events (camera or phone)
- Edit shortform content (Reels TikToks YouTube Shorts etc.)
- Take and edit highquality photos for marketing use
- Assist in managing and posting to our social media accounts
- Create basic graphics for promotions or announcements
- Help brainstorm and schedule content based on gym calendar
- Track engagement and help us learn whats working
- Possibly assist with email marketing or basic ad support
- Student or recent grad in Marketing Media Communications or related field
- Proficient in video editing tools (CapCut Canva Final Cut etc.)
- Basic photo editing skills.
- Strong social media awareness (especially Instagram & TikTok trends)
- Comfortable filming in a live gym setting
- Willing to take feedback and iterate on content
- Reliable consistent and deadlinedriven
- Passion for fitness and athlete development is a plus
- Realworld portfolio content for marketing/media career paths
- Mentorship and weekly checkins for growth and accountability
- Flexible hours and creative freedom within structure
