Overview

What you will be responsible for

Your role as New Homes Sales Negotiator is essential within the Land and New Homes Division. You will be the face of Land and New Homes within the Felicity J Lord Divisions development sites.

Each member of the Spicerhaart Land and New Homes team strives to deliver impeccable customer service at each possible opportunity. On a daily basis you will register new applicants book and conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between applicants. Your role is vital to the business aiding the growth of your area through canvassing prospecting and obtaining referrals. Much of this role will involve recommending our array of services and ensuring that our customers are kept as part of the Spicerhaart family too.

In addition your passion for this industry will be evident in your commercial awareness where you will be seen as the hub of knowledge an expert inboth the developerand buyers needs. We are after all in the business of property sales and investments and ultimately in helping our customers achieve their property goals.

On a daily basis you will enjoy striving to exceed your own expectations through a thirst for knowledge innovation and personal development a key aspect of a career with us. You will take control of your own career showing total commitment to achieve personal goals. You will participate in growing your developers market share through canvassing prospecting and obtaining referrals. What you will be doing

This is an opportunity for a real longterm and lucrative career in Land and New Homes that will give you an immense degree of satisfaction recognition and reward.

  • Check all registrations from the previous day and match to our new developments
  • Discuss who they have registered the day before. Bring stats/results from day before
  • Hit a target of 5 viewings a day from ring out
  • Making sure applicants are updated on Rosie and qualified with Just Mortgages
  • Choose a different office every day to ring out on.
  • Checkwho the branches have registered the day before and who they have out viewing for the week matching for new homes via there diaries.
  • Obtain 3 Shared Ownership sales a week
  • Obtain 2 private sales at least a month
  • Conduct viewings in the week should an office not be available to carry out the viewing for you
  • Hit a target of 50 minimum calls a day
  • Must be selfmotivated and reliable.
  • Target driven.

  • Able to inspire trust and confidence in clients and buyers
  • Knowledgeable about property sales and lettings law
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Smart and businesslike

What you will need

This role is ideal if you have current New Homes or Estate Agency experience. As a Negotiator you will play a key role in developing and nurturing relationships with your clients. You will be the ideal candidate if you will have a real passion for your work and demonstrate to us how you would embed this passion within your new role. You will also be both results orientated and be able to embrace accountability and responsibility. Each member of the Spicerhaart Land and New Homes Team acts with a spirit of professionalism honesty and integrity towards each other and towards our stakeholders.

You will enjoy asuccessful recruitment journey withSpicerhaart if you have gained the following within your career:

  • Proven track record within a similar role in the Land and New Homes sector or Estate agency
  • Consistent track record of achieving your goals within an Estate Agency or New Homes Development
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to market and developer need
  • Full driving licence
  • You are legally entitled to live and work in the UK in accordance to the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.(Please Note: you will need to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK via proof of address identity and NI prior to a formal offer of employment).
