Skills
- Would be good with AML/KYC/Organization& Business workflow enhancement/ Process Migration related BA experience.
- Analysis current workflow and identify opportunities to drive for the Target Operating Model for business with consideration of people processes data and tech
- Excellent comms skills Facilitates activities/meetings/workshops coordinate among stakeholders close the gap and drive for decision.
- Able to work independently gathers and documents requirements from the business and verifies that the project deliverables meet the requirements
- Proactively identify risk and escalate to program where necessary.
- Assess solutions to validate the objectives
- Work with Project Manager for project plans and monitor the delivery
