Job Details
Reporting to the HR Lead Officer you will be working as part of a professional HR team providing a comprehensive support on HR systems data and health and wellbeing.
Over the past few years the council has invested in managing attendance and in a new Oracle HR/Payroll system. There is a requirement to support these areas with data analytics system and report development. In an organisation focussed on data insights and digital transformation the successful applicant will evidence how they thrive in a changing environment and their success in learning new skills.

This opportunity is permanent to be a part of the People Analytics team supporting the Human Resources Service deliver on priorities. Duties include a range of activities such as the development testing and implementation of systems and management information and the analysis of this data. The grade is FC7 currently 32437..57 per annum. The Service is based in Fife House Glenrothes with a requirement for some home working working full time 36 hours per week.
