Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The key responsibilities of TeleHealth Data Officer include:
- Collect and enter telehealth service data from program teams digital platforms and fieldlevel reports.
- Organize data by service area (e.g. TB HIV SRHR MNCH PHC Mental Health) with attention to timeliness and accuracy.
- Maintain digital databases that allow for efficient tracking of clients across services and regions.
- Track service utilization for clients is referred to through telehealth platforms including TB HIV SRH MNCH and Mental Health.
- Record referral outcomes (e.g. completed pending failed) in coordination with referral sites and regional teams.
- Support the followup process for referred clients ensuring service uptake and return feedback loops.
- Maintain a realtime referral register for priority services especially for highrisk clients or urgent needs.
- Coordinate with health providers CHWs and program officers to confirm completion of referrals and address gaps.
- Support referral analytics including Referral completion rates Average referral time Common bottlenecks
- Contribute to strengthening referral protocols including documentation communication and feedback systems.
- Track telehealth service delivery in disasteraffected or hardtoreach regions.
- Maintain data that supports planning for disasterresponsive referral systems including telereferrals mobile teams and facility linkages.
- Contribute data inputs to recovery planning preparedness simulations and gap analyses.
- Perform regular data checks to ensure integrity and completeness.
- Generate monthly reports dashboards and referral summaries for internal reviews and external stakeholders.
- Support program teams with data for grant reporting donor presentations and program evaluations.
- Apply SCHs data protection protocols when handling sensitive or personal health information.
- Maintain strict confidentiality especially with SRHR HIV and mental health data.
- Ensure data systems meet ethical and organizational standards.
Qualifications :
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree in public health Health Information Systems Statistics or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in data management or health information roles.
- Demonstrated experience in clientlevel tracking and referral monitoring within health programs.
- Proficiency in Excel Google Workspace; experience with Kobo Toolbox Comcare or DHIS2 is a plus.
- Understanding of key health service areas: TB HIV MNCH/Delivery PHC and Mental Health.
CORE COMPETENCIES
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential data.
- Knowledge of referral systems and patient pathways in Myanmars health sector.
- Experience working with community health or telehealth programs.
- Fluency in Burmese required; English working proficiency preferred.
