Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wage and benefit programs which can vary between franchisees. Your application will go directly to the franchisee and all hiring decisions will be made by the franchisee.
Compensation/Benefits:
- $1620 per hourtotal compensationincludesbase pay tips (base pay determined by position applied for and experience/qualifications. $16 per hour minimum for entrylevel with zero experience or qualifications)

Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Must be 16 years of age or older due to equipment agerestrictions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
- Operate POS system and cash register accurately for transactions.
- Handle food with care and follow proper food handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a smooth operation.
- Learn and adapt to different roles within the restaurant environment.
- Participate in both Training Center programs typically Wednesday and Thursday evening from 5:30pm8:30pm (Training Center is in the back of our Jersey Mikes located at 11413 Midlothian Turnpike)

- Able to communicate effectively with guests as well as employees and have an awesome personality
- Ability to meet schedule requirements and be a reliable performer
Physical Demands:
- Capability to stand for long periods of time on hard surfaces
- Frequent bending stooping and lifting
- Frequent repetitive motion of shoulder and elbow to operate the slicer (if 18 and older only)
- Be able to lift 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
