Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled freelance API developer and automation specialist to design develop and implement a semiautomated LinkedIn workflow. This system will leverage tools like Zapier along with custom integrations to automate outreach content posting and engagement activities on both personal and company LinkedIn pages. The ideal candidate will have experience working with LinkedIns API (or alternative automation tools) and be able to create a robust compliant and scalable automation system aligned with our marketing and recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities:
Design and build automated workflows for LinkedIn outreach content sharing and engagement.
Integrate LinkedIn with Zapier and other automation tools to streamline lead generation and brand campaigns.
Develop custom APIs or solutions as needed to extend existing platform capabilities.
Ensure workflows comply with LinkedIns terms of service and avoid automation issues.
Collaborate with our team to understand campaign goals and customize automation accordingly.
Monitor troubleshoot and optimize automation processes for performance and accuracy.
Document technical specifications and provide guidance for ongoing maintenance.
Requirements:
Proven experience with LinkedIn API automation tools (Zapier Integromat etc.) and custom API development.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn platform policies regarding automation.
Experience with recruitment marketing lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python JavaScript or similar.
Ability to develop scalable efficient and secure automation solutions.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills in English.
Preferred:
Prior experience working with recruitment or HR tech companies.
Familiarity with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools.
Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards.
