Job Description
Proven experienced classroom educator Proficiency in Scratch and Blockly coding platforms (can complete selfpaced online tutorials) Collaborative and congenial orientation Aptitude to learn on the job from coworkers and supervisors Ability to maintain patience and positive attitude when working with students Pass background check upon job offer and get fingerprinted (project will pay the cost of background check and fingerprinting) Cannot be a current UNF student for this position type.
Preferred Qualifications
Relatively recent completion of Express Course Experience facilitating coding lessons using Scratch Blockly or a similar platform with elementary students Strong STEM academic background Demonstrated positive experience working with children in educational settings
