Are you an experienced receptionist with a passion for animals and a commitment to exceptional client service At Dr. Fitz Bayside Animal Clinic we are seeking a talented Veterinary Receptionist with at least 5 years of experience to join our team in New Baltimore MI.

Your Role
As the face and voice of our clinic the Veterinary Receptionist plays a pivotal role in ensuring every client has a positive experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greet clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Managing appointment scheduling and confirming bookings.
- Answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assisting clients with checkin and checkout procedures.
- Maintaining and updating patient records with precision and attention to detail.
- Supporting the team with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Who You Are
Were looking for a receptionist who combines outstanding organizational skills with a warm clientcentered approach. The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 5 years of experience in a veterinary medical or customer service reception role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in managing multiline phone systems and scheduling software (experience with veterinary practice management software is a plus).
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- A passion for animals and a desire to create a welcoming experience for every client.
- The ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment while maintaining professionalism and poise.
