Summary (Fully Remote)
We are seeking a reliable and responsive OnCall HR Support Specialist to provide parttime coverage during offhours ensuring employees receive timely support and proper triage of HR inquiries outside regular business hours. This is a critical role for maintaining operational continuity in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor and respond promptly to HRrelated emails during assigned hours
* Triage issues and maintain a prioritized followup list for the HR Generalist
* Provide accurate timely support regarding:
* Overtime and scheduling policies
* Clockin/clockout discrepancies
* Health insurance and benefits questions
* Other routine HR inquiries
* Maintain and update a dynamic FAQ dashboard to streamline common requests
* Escalate urgent matters based on established escalation protocols
Requirements:
* 2 years of experience in HR or customer support preferably in a 24/7 or shiftbased environment
* Strong understanding of HR operations benefits and timekeeping practices
* Excellent written English and strong organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and respond reliably during offhours
* Proficiency in tools such as Paylocity Square Homebase Guidelines and Google Drive
Nice to Have:
* Experience supporting remote or distributed teams
* Familiarity with internal knowledge base or documentation tools
