An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned professional to step into the role of Senior Manager: Organisational Effectiveness and Transformation on behalf of our client. This highimpact position calls for a strategic leader with the vision experience and emotional intelligence to drive workforce planning organisational design employee wellness and transformation initiatives across a national footprint.
Working closely with executive stakeholders senior managers and crossfunctional teams the successful candidate will lead enterprisewide organisational effectiveness strategies that foster a culture of high performance continuous learning and inclusion. This is a chance to influence how people strategy and culture align in a complex and dynamic environment.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Human Resources with at least 5 years in Organisational Development and Change Management.
- Proven track record in strategy execution leadership development performance management and transformation.
- Strong background in strategic workforce planning organisational design and employee wellness programmes.
- Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and executives.
- Degree in Organisational Psychology or related field (Honours/Postgrad Diploma in OD or MBA advantageous).
- Solid understanding of Employment Equity Labour Legislation and risk management principles.
