The Junior Digital Producer contributes to the development and management of content projects by collaborating with creative agencies marketing teams and internal Customer Excellence and Business Technology teams to support AbbVies commercial and medical business objectives. The role works with content authoring tools and has a primary focus on supporting marketers to create/build emails and closedloop marketing materials.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a Subject Matter expert for the AbbVie content authoring tools
- Manage queries and support content creation requests across marketing and medical teams within ANZ
- Assist in utilizing content authoring tools to create edit and manage digital content primarily focusing on emails and closedloop marketing for AbbVies commercial and medical initiatives.
- Collaborate with creative agencies to support the development of innovative and effective digital content ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Work with crossfunctional teams including marketing medical and business technology to ensure content alignment with brand strategies and compliance requirements.
- Support the management of project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of email campaigns and closedloop marketing projects.
- Implement best practices for digital content production focusing on quality and consistency.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to content development and publishing.
- Assist in monitoring digital content performance and contribute ideas to optimize email and closedloop marketing effectiveness.
- Report any adverse event within 24 hours as per AbbVies policies and procedures.
- Proactively participate in AbbVies WHS programs adhere to policies and promote a safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to AbbVies internal codes of conduct and compliance processes.
- Communicating effectively at all levels both internally and externally whilst maintaining discretion and confidentiality and ensuring a positive representation of the company at all times
- Other ad hoc duties such as administrative duties as requested.
Qualifications :
- 13 years of experience as a digital producer in digital content management or in a similar role focused on email web and marketing materials ideal
- Proficiency in content authoring tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite CMS platforms) and basic familiarity with email marketing platforms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in teams.
- Detailoriented mindset with a commitment to delivering highquality content.
- Excellent organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics tools is a plus.
- Digitally savvy and ontrend with shifts in customer behaviour that affect the digital and healthcare landscapes
- Excellent stakeholder and Project management skills
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and flexibility to adjust as things shift
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced changing environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a broader team
- Attention to detail and proactive in fixing things that are not right
