IDS International is recruiting for an experiencedRecruiterto join our team! The Recruiter will beresponsible for full lifecycle recruiting: recruiting screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external). They recruitfor headquarters project site proposal and consultant positions.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting: recruiting screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external) for all internal proposal and project sites recruiting needs
- Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Sources and screens resumes interviews candidates (by phone or in person) administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checking makes recommendations for hire.
- Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.
- Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
- Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations including affirmative action plan compliance.
- Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (JazzHR).
- Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
- Ensures positive candidate experience.
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience supporting full life cycle recruiting ideallyfor a government contractor.
- Experience successfully recruiting candidates with high security clearance levels.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for Proposal efforts preferred.
- Experience creating position descriptions from Performance Work Statements and Statements of Work.
- Memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations related to industry.
Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight typically less than 20 pounds but may vary depending on the position. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
