Job Description:
We are looking for an experiencedData Analystwith strong domain knowledge inInsuranceand expertise in handling endtoend data workflows. The ideal candidate should have handson experience indata modelling data analysis data architecture and data visualization along with advanced skills in modern data technologies. Proficiency in tools such asAzure Python Spark and PySparkis required to deliver insights that support strategic business decisions in the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large complex datasets to identify trends patterns and insights relevant to the insurance business.
- Design and implementdata modelsto support analytical and operational reporting needs.
- Build and maintain scalabledata architecturesusing cloud platforms such asAzure.
- Develop efficient data pipelines and ETL processes usingPythonSpark andPySpark.
- Apply domain expertise to validate and ensure data accuracy relevance and usability.
- Create clear and insightfuldata visualizationsand dashboards using opensource or enterprise tools (excluding Power BI).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Ensure best practices in data governance security and documentation.

- 6 years of experience as aData Analyst
- 34 years of handson experience in theInsurance domain
- Expertise inData ModellingData Analysis andData Architecture
- Proficiency inAzurePythonSpark andPySpark
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction transformation and analysis
- Experience withData Visualizationusing tools (excluding Power BI)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities
