Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and reliable professional to join our team as Client Care Specialist often the first point of contact for customers product inquiries. We are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions utilizing company resources to answer customer inquiries and questions.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call
- Answer incoming customer Emails and take appropriate action for each Email
- Maintain high customer satisfaction based on explicit criteria set forth by the company
- Meet or Exceed all Daily Goals and objectives
- Use company CRMWebsite to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer inquiry or if that issue requires managerial input
- Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record update
Qualifications
- Positive friendly attitude along with a customer service mentality
- Must have previous customer service experience
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- High level of professionalism
- Must be available to work some holidays and weekends
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Good at multitasking
- Organizational Skills SelfMotivated Great Attention to Detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
