Job Description

- Reliability dependability and professionalism are a MUST.
- Attend trainings and remain current in CPR & First Aid Certifications.
- Candidates with CDA Bachelors Degree Associates Degree or TCC credential Highly Preferred
- Thispositionrequiresleading a classroom of children from 6weeks to 12months and 12 months to 18months.
- Meet all Quality Assurance Best Practice Guidelines as well as statehealth and federal licensing regulations.
- Document incidents and accidents appropriately.
- Able to create engaging and meaningful lesson plans.
- Able to communicate with parents and Assistant Teacher.
- Report any suspected abuse to the supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Arrange classroom environment to program goals and philosophy.
- Must have a satisfactory comprehensive criminal background check.
- A minimum of 12years experience is a MUST.
- Work shift is FullTime 9:30am 6:30p.m
- The salaryrange is $14$17rbased on education credentials.
