Job Description

Type: PartTime / Fractional (1020 hrs/week 90day projectbased with potential to extend)
Compensation: $3000$6000/month or flatfee project depending on experience
Start Date: Immediate
Youll come in and build from the inside out:
- Audit current jobs cash flow cycle and cost leaks
- Identify top5 system failures killing time or money
- Create a roadmap to fix them fast and sustainably
- Create SOPs for job kickoff invoicing pay apps lien tracking
- Build out job cost tracking dashboards (labor materials rentals COs)
- Create change order scheduling and profit tracking systems
- Redline contracts and build templates to avoid getting squeezed by GCs
- Train owner 1 office/field person to maintain everything
- Set up tracking tools in Google Sheets / QuickBooks / Trello (or similar)
- Lay foundation for longterm growth and future hires
- Has built backend systems for a subcontractor (steel erection PEMB or selfperform crews)
- Understands job costing billing cycles pay apps and field coordination
- Knows GC contracts lien laws and how subs get squeezed
- Comfortable with lean teams getting in the weeds and building as you go
- Has sample SOPs/templates or can show previous systems built
- Texasbased or familiar with regional GC practices
- Worked with QuickBooks Google Sheets Procore or Buildertrend
- Able to grow into fulltime or equityholding ops leader if its a good fit
- Background in field or field/office hybrid role (understands ironwork reality)
- Starting at $3000$6000/month based on scope and experience
- Open to flatfee project model for 90day buildout
- Strong performance could lead to fulltime or leadership seat
