Are you passionate about travel and love helping fellow pet lovers plan their perfect getaways We are seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused PetFriendly Travel Specialist to assist clients in planning vacations that accommodate their furry companions. You ll work closely with individuals and families to research design and book customized travel experiences that include petfriendly accommodations activities and transportation options.
Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and petrelated needs
Research and recommend petwelcoming destinations hotels and activities
Coordinate travel arrangements including flights lodging and ground transportation
Maintain uptodate knowledge of pet travel regulations and airline policies
Provide exceptional customer service before during and after travel
Maintain accurate client records and booking details
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with computers and online booking platforms
Familiarity with major travel suppliers and booking engines (preferred)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests
High attention to detail and organization
Passion for travel and animals
