To ensure the execution of all risk management activities and requirements (e.g. business regulatory and market conduct) as well as associated processes and procedures. To implement and embed risk prevention and mitigation frameworks in order to avoid potential breaches and losses whilst maintaining client experience standards. To provide business with a view of their risk profile on an ongoing basis. Ensure Legislative Requirements are adhered to; (TCF PoPI Data Privacy FAIS COBP KYC/EDD OHASA etc.) and controls are put in place to mitigate manage and monitor risks.
