In coordination with vendors the Merchandise department stores and FS management determines optimum purchase quantities of promotional and sellthrough products be vendor by month. This is a hybrid role reporting into the office on Tuesdays and Weds of each work week.

Primary Duties
- Select promotional merchandise to prebuy to Franchisees.
- Reach out to vendors to request deals for AMLP only promotions
- Maintain spreadsheet with monthly promotions. Consolidate spreadsheet for all categories. Proof monthly magazine.
- Main point of contact for Merchandising marketing pieces
- Maintain communication and interaction including monthly group calls as needed with key stakeholders (vendors merchandise staff marketing FS management) Gather and consolidate input from stakeholders relative to product info trends needs plan adjustments etc. Builds scorecards and various means of tracking and communication for current promotions and incentives.
- Provides administrative support by maintaining and processing the related paperwork for the planning function and various other duties as needed.
- Provides weekly monthly and seasonal reporting needs of the area including tracking of key item selling hindsight reporting and trend analysis to report risks/opportunities by vendor.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelors degree in a business discipline math or statistics preferred.
- 6 months in a position requiring data analysis problem solving and reporting.
- Proficient in MS Excel & Word.
- Knowledge of the retail metrics preferred.

Working Conditions /Physical Requirements
- The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices meeting and training rooms retail stores and residences or commercial vehicles e.g. use of safe work practices with office equipment avoidance of trips and falls observance of fire regulations and traffic signals etc. The work area is adequately lighted heated and ventilated.
- The work is sedentary. Typically the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers files books small parts; using a keyboard driving an automobile etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
